If you could perform alongside any artist (actor, dancer, musician, etc.), who would it be, and what would you perform?

I'd sing "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" with Tom Petty, "Jesus is on the Main Line" with Steven Tyler, "High Water" with Bob Dylan...and harmony on anything Butch Walker sings.

Film & TV writers are on strike, which means everything except reality TV could halt production.  Do you support the strike?  Are any of your favorite shows in jeopardy?

The thought of everything but reality TV halting production is so staggering that I feel suddenly moved to fling my TV out of my second-story window and cackle with maniacal laughter when it crashes into the azaleas below.

Then again, I may take the advice of John Prine:

Blow up your TV
Throw away your papers
Move to the country
Build you a home...
Plant a little garden
Eat a lot of peaches
Try to find Jesus
On your own...

Drew Carey recently replaced Bob Barker as the host of "The Price Is Right".  What game show would you like to host?

Well first of all, I've always wanted to play Plinko. Don't ask why.

As for hosting a game show...I just don't think I'm capable of such a thing. It requires entirely too much pep. I've got insanity, I've got unpredictabiliy, I've got the loud-ass voice.

But pep ain't what I got. In addition it's something I can't fake.

I'd go with a compromise like hosting Jeopardy, but then I'd have to deal with ego-manaical braniacs and I'd be inclined to get myself into trouble.
